Tea Producing Areas

全球以北緯6-32°產茶最為集中，產量最大，屬熱帶、亞熱帶氣侯。

Global tea producing areas mostly locate between 6-32o north latitude, these tropical and subtropical regions also put out most of tea production annually.

全球60多個國家種茶，160多個國家飲茶，茶是世界上僅次于水的第二大健康飲品。

Over 60 countries is now producing tea product, and over 160 countries is now consuming it, leading tea become the second popular beverage only next to water.

2021年，全國18個主要產茶省（自治區、直轄市）的茶園總面積為326萬公頃，茶葉總產量約306萬噸，位居世界第一，出口量超36萬噸，總產值超2928億。

In 2021, China produced over 3.06 million tons of tea product from nearly 3.26 million hectare of gardens and field, within 18 provinces(municipalities、autonomous region), leading the global ranking of tea production; Meanwhile the value of China’s tea industry is more than 292.8 billion Yuan, among which was created by 360,000 tons of Chinese tea product was exported abroad.

我國海拔最高的茶場─西藏易貢茶場（海拔2240米）

The highest-altitude tea farm in China, Yigong tea farm in Tibet (2240 meters above sea level).
